Screenshots

The Screenshots window of the administration console allows you to view screenshots from the terminals, including DirectX surfaces.

The interval for screenshooting is set at the server from the administration console (the Terminals window). By default the screenshot interval is set to 120 seconds.

Filter the terminals by selecting the appropriate entry in fields Terminal ID, Terminal state, Country, Postal code and clicking the Apply button. You can also define the number of pictures to be displayed per page (5, 10, 20, 40 or 80).

For each terminal matching the selection criteria the most recent screenshot is displayed, as well as some additional information on the terminal operability: terminal name, location, state, last access time, screenshot time.

If a terminal is turned off or doesn't support screenshooting (the screenshot time is set to 0), the Out of order screen is displayed. If a terminal failed, the Terminal failed picture will appear.
